Yubi Kirindongo began working as an artist in 1978. Since then, he has participated in several international events, such as the Havana Biennale (Cuba), Johannesburg (South Africa) and São Paulo (Brazil). From the government of Curacao, he received the prestigious Cola Debrotprise award. Kirindingo works with materials and metals, and when he combines them, previously lifeless waste becomes a work of art. You can see his "home gallery" only by appointment. You can get here by the western road from the city leading to the airport.
