Knip Grotto Beach - one of the most popular beaches among local residents of Curacao, located in the western part of the island, a 45-minute drive from the city of Willemstad, in Kenep Grandi Bay. Images of this beach can be found on many postcards with views of Curacao. Knip Grotto is surrounded on both sides by cliffs, from the top of which a beautiful view of the sea opens. White sand, clear turquoise sea and green hills attract many vacationers to the beach, despite its remoteness from the city, it is especially crowded here on weekends. Good swimmers can swim to the nearby coral reef, but swim quite far, so it’s better to use a boat. Vacationers can enjoy water sports, snorkeling and diving. The beach is equipped with places for relaxation, gazebos, there is a snack bar and a shop.
