The Arch Gallery of Yanahuar is located in Peru, two kilometers from the historical center of Arequipa. The arcade consists of nine large arches made of processed volcanic stone, two of them are decorated with decorative cornices, each line is engraved with lines from poems of Peruvian poets - Alberto Guillen, Percy Gibson, Alberto Hidalgo, Belisario Calle, Francisco Monsayo, Jorge Polar, Cesar Rodriguez Ataual , Jose Luis Bustamante Rivero and Benito Bonifaz, who wrote about Arequipa, the history and glory of the city. From the site on which the arcade of Yanahuar is located, a magnificent view of the city and the volcanoes of Misti, Chachani and Picchu Picchu opens. Arequipa city authorities plan to expand the viewing platform, create a comfortable relaxation area and open a tourist center.
