Nature Reserve El Valle de Anton
Panama, El Valle de Anton

El Valle de Anton is an ecological reserve located in the crater of an extinct volcano. This five-kilometer crater is the second largest in the whole world. Here, in an oasis of peace and tranquility, at an altitude of 600 meters above sea level, a surprisingly pleasant, cool climate was established. The flora and fauna of this area is not only extremely beautiful, but also unique. The local royal orchids, trees with a square crown and golden frogs, which are the national symbol of Panama and the pride of its inhabitants, are very rare inhabitants of our planet. A canopy tour is also held in the reserve, during which the life of the jungle and the beautiful views of El Vaye de Anton appear in even greater splendor. After a breathtaking glide along the rope to the sound of El Macho Waterfall, tourists visit the Native American market.
