Hidden in the hills above the picturesque city of Jacmel in southeastern Haiti, Bassin Bleu Falls is a unique place to visit. Three cobalt-blue pools with fresh water, interconnected by a cascade of waterfalls - all together they make up the picturesque Bassin Bleu Falls. According to legend, nymphs live in the grottoes of waterfalls and bask on the rocks of Palm Lake rocks, but disappear only after hearing human steps.

Excursions to the Bassin Bleu Falls are limited to a minimum number of tourists per day in order to maintain their ecological integrity. Due to this feature, the tour must be booked in advance with local guides.
