Museum of Natural History. field
USA, Chicago

Museum of Natural History. Field was established in the State of Illinois in 1893 to "accumulate, disseminate knowledge and preserve the exhibition illustrating the life history of man and other living beings." In 1905, it was named after Field, a man who donated large sums of money for its construction. The museum is so large that it occupies an entire block.<br>The main pride of the museum is the only one-piece tyrannosaurus rex skill in the whole wide world, which was even given the cute name of Sue. You can look at this miracle in the central hall. In addition, the museum has an extensive collection of anthropology and ethnography, including artifacts from ancient Egypt, the Pacific Northwest, and Tibet; a taxidermy collection of large animals, which includes African elephants and man-eating lions from Tsavo; a dinosaur collection in the Spinning Planet Room; and a large collection dedicated to the American Indians called "Ancient America".
