Arbor of the Winds
Republic of Crimea, Yalta municipality

On the very edge of the Falcon Rock (Shagan-Kaya), at an altitude of 1450 meters above sea level, there is the Arbor of Winds. Above the entrance to the gazebo, the inscription "Starfall of Memories" is inscribed, and a Wind Rose was mosaic on the floor.
Employees of the Crimean Nature Reserve built a gazebo in 1956, almost completely copying the snow-white rotundas adorning the first South Coast highway, built on the initiative of Count Vorontsov - a stone colonnade under a dome, about 4 meters in diameter, 6 meters high.
The gazebo offers a magnificent panorama of the southern coast of Crimea, Gurzuf, Artek and Medved-Gora are clearly visible, and in clear weather from the Yalta highway you can see the snow-white Gazebo of winds.
