The Agora is a market square where general civic meetings were held and trade was intensively conducted. As a rule, the agora was always located in the city center and was its administrative and economic center. On the agora, the current legislation of the policy was publicly displayed - these are the most important decrees and other official decrees carved in stone. Typically, the agora was surrounded by temples, artisans' workshops and galleries, as well as statues located along the perimeter of the square. Side can also boast of having such an attraction. In the center of the agora you can see the ruins of a temple, which had a round shape. Around the temple there were columns with cornices, which have partially survived to this day.
