Krasnal Emdeczek was installed in 2024 at the entrance of the Youth Culture House named after Nicolaus Copernicus (MDK im. Mikołaja Kopernika) in Wrocław. The figure commemorates the institution’s 50th anniversary. It is one of Wrocław’s official dwarfs, now recognized as city symbols.

The dwarf stands on a pedestal and holds various creative items in his hands. A plaque next to him states that the figure was placed to honor the fifty-year history of MDK, which has worked with children and youth in the fields of culture and arts since 1974.

Emdeczek is part of Wrocław’s dwarf trail and reflects the cultural identity of the Nadodrze district, home to one of the city’s oldest youth culture centers.
