Ulu Temburong is a pristine sanctuary at the heart of Brunei, often referred to as the country's "Green Lungs." Covering over 50,000 hectares of untouched equatorial rainforest, this national park is the first and most protected natural reserve in Brunei, serving as a living museum of Borneo’s rich biodiversity.
Access to the park is only possible by water—an exciting river safari takes visitors through winding mangrove-lined channels aboard traditional longboats. Even before arriving, one can spot exotic birds, proboscis monkeys, and other rare wildlife hiding within the dense foliage.
One of the park’s main attractions is the Canopy Walkway, a suspended bridge towering over 40 meters above the ground. From this vantage point, visitors stand at the treetop level, gazing out over an endless sea of jungle.
