At the foot of Zilakalns there is the Zilakalns Culture and History Center, located in the premises of an old water tower and a modern extension. In the center you can see a historical exhibition about the natural site and holy place “Zilaiskalns”, the village of Zilakalns, an industrial heritage site - the water tower.
