The Anatomy Museum of Riga Stradins University (RSU) is an unusual museum - a historical collection with a modern approach. This is the place to come to learn about the diversity of human bodies. This is a place where you can see what only surgeons or anatomists usually see. The collection was created in the first half of the 20th century, but has been available to the public since 2020.
The collection of the RSU Anatomy Museum consists of several thousand different and unusual items - preparations of normal and pathological human anatomy, embryology, teratology ( congenital anomalies), comparative anatomy preparations, as well as a wide range of anthropological material obtained during excavations and expeditions in the 20th century. 20-30 years.
