St. Peter's Church in Salzburg
Austria, Salzburg

St. Peter's Church is the most magnificent and magnificent church of Salzburg, here for the first time in 1783 the renowned Mozart Mass in B minor was sounded, in which the main part of the soprano was played by the wife of Mozart Constance. The composer himself often conducted the orchestra and choir here, and also played the organ. Every year during the summer music festival, Mass in B minor is performed here as part of a special church music concert. For a long time, Requiem was also performed annually on the day of Mozart's death (December 5), now this performance has moved to Mozarteum - a musical and scientific society located on the other side of the river.
