Blankenfelde Manor is located in the Jelgava region, in the parish of Vilce, just a few minutes drive from the border with Lithuania. Surrounded by the vast plains of Zemgale, the manor is a great place to enjoy the peace and charm of the countryside, viewing the buildings of the manor complex - the gatehouse and the manor house, as well as the large manor park with ponds, listening to stories.
On the second floor of the stables there are tastefully decorated, cozy hotel rooms. Visitors can spend the night there, enjoying the ancient atmosphere of the manor combined with modern comfort. For an additional fee, you can enjoy the host's breakfast in the renovated restaurant next to the lodge.
The Blankenfelde estate has long been famous for growing fruit, but the elderberry is a symbol of the estate. Wine and juice were produced and sold from elderberries, but elderflower tea was in particular demand among ladies and was considered an excellent means for losing weight!
