House of Justice in Batumi
Georgia, Batumi

Perhaps the most important Georgian innovation in the post-Soviet space is the House of Justice. There are already five of them open in the country, and seven more are under construction. The House of Justice is a place where a citizen directly contacts the state with the help of a specially developed infrastructure, which has its own name and has become an already recognizable brand. In the House of Justice, a visitor can get a passport and an identification card with a chip; make an application for citizenship, residence permit; register an enterprise of any kind or real estate; to get any necessary information: birth certificate, marriage - in a word, to do everything that we go to the registry offices, OVIR, tax and police departments.
The service area of the House of Justice in Batumi is located on the ground floor of the building. The service room is divided into several spaces: self-service, fast and long-term service. About fifty employees work here, the waiting time for reception on average does not exceed 10-15 minutes.
