Aval TV tower

Avala Tower is a television and radio tower located on Mount Avala in the southern part of Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. It was built in 1965, but was destroyed during NATO bombing in 1999. In 2006, its reconstruction began, and in 2010 it was reopened to visitors.<br /> The height of the Avala TV tower is 204 meters, which makes it one of the tallest in the former Yugoslavia. The top of the TV tower offers beautiful views of the city of Belgrade and the surrounding area and is one of the most popular places for tourists and locals.<br /> On the territory of the Avala TV Tower there is also a museum and an exhibition hall where you can learn more about the history of the TV Tower and the development of television and radio in Serbia.
