Hunt Museum
Ireland, Limerick (city)

The Hunt family collection was originally located at the University of Limerick, but in 1997 moved to a historic building on the banks of the Shannon River. Among the two thousand exhibits of the museum, one can distinguish a Picasso painting, a bronze horse figure created by Leonardo da Vinci and engraving by Paul Gauguin. Other items in the collection are mainly related to the history of Ireland and Ancient Egypt.
In recent years, the museum has art courses, lectures are held, events for children are organized. The museum has a cafe and gift shop.
