Magdalen College Oxford
Great Britain, Oxford

On the banks of the Cherwell River, the most luxurious college in Oxford is located - Magdalen College, whose high bell tower is visible from afar. This bell tower along with the Magdalen bridge is a symbol of the city. In the college itself, the Great Hall is especially interesting, decorated with magnificent oak carvings and many portraits. The students of Magdalen College were the writers Oscar Ould (1856-1900) and Joseph Addison (1672-1719) - a picturesque street near the Cherwell River was named after him. The college owns the vast Waldpark and the Botanical Garden.
