Alai Banya, which is also known as Soldier’s, was built on the basis of the Turkish bath of the late Middle Ages. After the liberation of Bulgaria from Turkish oppression at the beginning of the 20th century, it was partially destroyed. Later it was modernized and acquired its current form. Today Alai Banya has a sauna, swimming pool and massage room.
