Fatih Mehmed Mosque
Bulgaria, Kyustendil

The Fatih Mehmed Mosque, which is also known as the Shaldyrvan Mosque, was built in the 15th century. The year 1531 was written on the eastern part of the dome, but it is likely that this inscription was made during the reconstruction, and not the building. The mosque was built of hewn stone blocks and bricks. Currently, it does not work, but it is an important architectural monument.
