City Hall in Copenhagen
Denmark, Copenhagen

The last version of the city hall (it was rebuilt six times), was erected in 1905. The style in which the building is made is very characteristic of Copenhagen. The town hall is built of red brick and rises to 105.6 meters. Together with the guide, tourists are allowed inside on excursions. The astronomical clock of Jens Olsens Verdensur, built on December 15, 1955, continues to count the time with amazing accuracy to this day. The error of their progress is only 0.4 seconds in three hundred years. The Town Hall contains statues of Hans Christian Andersen and Niels Bohr (Nobel laureate in physics). In addition, the most persistent can try to climb to the very top of the city hall - 300 steps and no elevator. But the reward is a wonderful view.
