The former Saare KEK building, one of the most prominent Soviet constructivist buildings, opened in Kuressaare and now operates as a museum and event space. The three-story open, architecturally elegant foyer displays exhibits from Soviet times, the history of Kuressaare, the most important moments in the history of Estonian maritime culture, etc.<br /> In cooperation with the Estonian Jazz Union, musical events jazz.ee and regular concerts Saare KEK LIVE are organized.
