One example is the islands of San Andres and Providencia, which are the territory of Colombia, although they are located just 200 km from Nicaragua. The population on the islands is for the most part dark-skinned, tall and green-eyed, and the so-called "Jamaican English" is heard everywhere, the language of the inhabitants of San Andres and Providencia.
