Holy Trinity Cathedral of the Russian Orthodox Church was erected on a beautiful spot in the historic center of Buenos Aires. Before the development of the adjoining quarters, its Russian architecture was visible from afar, but the inner beauty and rich decoration were especially striking. The temple was built in the style of Moscow churches of the XVII century on two floors (below - the parish school). It was painted by artists V. Belyaev, V. Pavlov, G. Nesterov, A. Ryabushkin; The Venetian mosaic was donated by academician I. Frolov. Kuznetsova firm made a unique porcelain iconostasis. Athos elders sacrificed holy relics. The Russian Orthodox Church has become known to everyone in Buenos Aires for its magnificent architecture, rare finishes and decorations.
