This is the last dive site within the protected boundaries of the bay and therefore can be exposed to strong currents, but for the most part it is an easy dive. Scotts Head Drop Of is the World Dive Site and makes an excellent second dive. You can dive along the wall from 10 to 100 feet and never leave this small area - there is so much to see! The colors could not be matched by Michelangelo: huge spots of inlaid sponges cover the wall with blue, red, orange, white and purple colors - everyone is fighting to own a rare part of the exposed mountain surface. Creatures live in every crevice in the glacier, sometimes 5 different types of shrimp can be found. Sea horses and sea mice are common, and lobsters and crabs lurk everywhere. The top of the wall is 15 feet and the ledge makes it painful to finish your dive amid such great beauty. The yellow lips of the pipe dominate, but there is so much life here that it’s hard to know what to look at.
