Wave Tower is a new 92-story skyscraper project presented by the Spanish architectural company A-CERO Architects for the city of Dubai. The Wave Tower will have a height of 370 meters, construction is planned right on the water near the Dubai waterfront. The proposed Madinat Al Arab development area is a development area that is expected to become a new city center and central business district. It is planned to use the skyscraper as a mixed-use office and hotel complex, which will also house retail space and luxury apartments.
Wave Tower will make extensive use of green technologies. The tower will have a water purification plant, desalinating and purifying water from the sea, turning it into drinking water. The “sky gardens” located inside the building will improve air quality and act as natural regulators of atmospheric humidity and temperature, and the tower’s special glazing will help cope with the scorching rays of the sun.
