The Belarusian State Academic Musical Theater was established in 1970. Until 2000, it was called the “State Theater of Musical Comedy of Belarus”. He opened his first theater season on January 17, 1971. The creative fate of the theater was not easy. For the first decade of its existence, the collective, without having its own premises, was forced to wander through various scenic venues of the city. In 1981, the theater finally received its own building on 44 Myasnikova Street, in which on October 15 opened its twelfth season with Johann Strauss's operetta “The Bat.” Over the course of the theater’s existence, more than a hundred performances have been staged, many of which were the golden fund of national culture, have become significant events in the cultural life of the country. In today's repertoire of the theater more than thirty multi-genre performances. The poster includes a classic operetta, musical, musical comedy, comic opera, rock opera, ballet, performances for children, diverse concert programs.

VIP Viewer Program
In the Belarusian State Academic Musical Theater for regular visitors, a VIP-spectator program has been developed, which provides an individual approach to each spectator, booking the best seats in the guest box or in the auditorium, and providing a free guarded parking lot.
Before the performance, the administrator will meet you and take you to the guest box, where you can leave your outer clothing, sit comfortably, chat over a cup of coffee. If you wish, you can start your theatrical evening a little earlier than the performance by ordering light snacks and using the services of a bar (for a fee). At intermission at your service - drinks, cold snacks, fruits, desserts (for a fee). If necessary, an attentive administrator will call a taxi for you.
The program involves receiving from 2 to 60 guests at a time.
Anyone can become a member of the VIP Viewer program. To do this, you need to book by phone the desired number of seats for the selected performance. You need to buy tickets at the box office of the theater no later than 2 days before the performance.
Wedding Services
The Belarusian State Academic Musical Theater offers exclusive services to ensure a festive atmosphere during the official registration of marriage.
Time provided for the ceremony:
Monday – Friday - from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday - from 14.00 to 17.00
The services include:
• supply of a motorcade to the central entrance of the theater;
• string quartet (musical arrangement of the ceremony);
• permission to photograph and video filming of the ceremony;
• bar services (buffet reception - extra charge).
