Your adventure begins as you are picked up from your Nairobi hotel by our expert guide. After a briefing about the tour and safety, you’ll head to Tsavo East National Park, famous for its red elephants and vast, open landscapes. You’ll arrive at Voi Safari Lodge just in time for lunch, with the afternoon free for a thrilling game drive. Tsavo East is known for its herds of elephants, lions, and an array of other wildlife that can often be seen around the famous Aruba Dam. Enjoy dinner and a relaxing overnight stay at the lodge.

After breakfast, you’ll depart for Tsavo West National Park, an area known for its volcanic hills, rich biodiversity, and the iconic Mzima Springs. A stop here offers you the chance to see hippos, crocodiles, and an abundance of birdlife in this lush oasis. Afterward, continue your game drive as you head toward Ngulia Safari Lodge, located near the Ngulia Rhino Sanctuary. - Your safari adventure with Jossec Safaris begins with a pick-up from your Nairobi hotel or the airport at 6:00 AM on the first day. Our friendly team will meet you for a warm welcome and a short briefing before you begin your journey toward Tsavo East.

Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit (usually 30-50% of the total package cost) is required at the time of booking to secure your safari.
Full Payment: The balance must be paid at least 10 days before the safari start date. For bookings made within 10 days, full payment is required upon confirmation.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy, which varies based on the notice period given.
Changes to Bookings: Any changes to your itinerary must be communicated as soon as possible. Additional fees may apply for changes made after confirmation.
Special Requests: Any special requests (dietary needs, specific accommodations, etc.) should be communicated at the time of booking for us to make the necessary arrangements.
Payment Methods:Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted methods. Please ensure that all payments are completed in a timely manner.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 60 days or more before the tour will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations made 30-59 days prior to the tour will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 20 days before the tour are non-refundable.
