Hardwick Festival is the biggest music festival in the North East UK, held in the grounds of Hardwick Hall Hotel, overlooking 120 acres of parkland. The festival takes place from August 15th to 17th, 2025, in the picturesque County Durham countryside, with easy access to Newcastle Upon Tyne, Gateshead, Durham, Sunderland, Middlesbrough, Richmond, Northallerton, and Darlington.
With six stages featuring star-studded acts from around the globe, the festival offers a variety of musical genres: from pop and indie to electronic. The Courtyard Stage, set within a historic 19th-century courtyard, immerses guests in the atmosphere of house music, where top DJs deliver unforgettable sets. The Treehouse Arena, nestled amidst lush greenery, serves as a dynamic platform for up-and-coming bands, talented DJs, and established artists, promising unique performances in an enchanting setting. The "Into The Woods" area invites attendees to enjoy DJs playing soul, funk, disco, and more in a forest atmosphere.
For families with children, the festival has prepared a new "Kaos, Euphoria & Mischief" area, located along the tree-lined drive at the entrance. Here, a village of chaos, euphoria, and mischief awaits, offering non-stop family fun throughout the weekend. Additionally, the festival features a variety of fairground rides, situated in the central area, suitable for all ages.
Guests are offered various accommodation options: from standard camping and campervan spots to glamping. Both campsites are within walking distance of the festival field and are equipped with all necessary amenities, including showers, toilets, and food areas. For those who prefer more comfortable conditions, glamping options are available with pre-pitched yurts and bell tents, ready for your arrival.
Hardwick Festival is a place where superstars, music lovers, families, and fashionistas come together for an epic celebration year after year. With over 30 years of experience in event organization and a passion for live music, the festival continually evolves and strives to improve each year.
