- Blessing of the Grape in Yeraz Park
On August 18th, we will celebrate the much-loved and anticipated Grape Blessing, the Feast of the Assumption of the Holy Mother of God, at Yeraz Park.
Join us for an evening of ethnographic songs and dances, traditional rituals, ecclesiastical blessings, national spirit, and high spirits. We will celebrate one of the most beautiful holidays of the Armenian Apostolic Church together in the warm and welcoming environment of Yeraz Park.
The event will begin at 18:00 with the ecclesiastical blessing of the grapes, followed by folk songs and ritual games performed by the 'Navakatik' educational-cultural NGO and the 'MASUNK' traditional song and dance ensemble.
There will be workshops on doll-making, carpet weaving, rug weaving, and cross-stitching. We will conclude the evening with a beautiful circle dance.
We look forward to seeing you on August 18th, starting at 18:00.
ENTRANCE TO THE PARK IS FREE.
All park services will be available on that day.

- 18:00: Arrival of guests, event start
- 18:05-18:20: Priest's speech, blessing ceremony
- 18:20-19:15: Traditional folk songs and ritual games
- 19:15-19:30: Decorating the Tree of Life
- 19:30-20:30: Workshops on doll-making, carpet weaving, rug weaving, cross-stitching
- 19:30: Circle dance
