The Panrkhash Festival in Gyumri will be held on July 20 at the initiative of the Gyumri Municipality.
Panrkhash has a special significance. This dish is most typical for the population of the Shirak region and is still prepared in Armenian families; many restaurants also include this dish in their menu.
