This April, Four Seasons Hotel Montreal expands its cultural and culinary calendar with a series of seasonal offerings at Marcus Restaurant + Lounge, designed to reflect renewal, celebration and mindful living.

Easter Brunch – On 5 April 2026, Marcus will host a special Easter Brunch à Volonté, served from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Executive Chef Jason Morris has created a vibrant menu that highlights the freshness of spring. The brunch is priced at CAD 95 per adult and CAD 47.50 for children 12 years and under.

Brunch à Volonté – a recurring event. The concept returns each month with a menu that evolves with the season. The next edition is scheduled for 10 May 2026 to celebrate Mother’s Day.

In‑room pastry selections. Guests can also order takeaway desserts crafted by the hotel’s pastry team, including the passion‑flavored Gâteau gourmand with carrot and ginger (CAD 25) and the Œuf Grand Cru noisette featuring dark grand cru chocolate, caramel centre and hazelnut crunch (CAD 15).

Earth Day commitment. In honor of Earth Day, the hotel highlights its Five Green Key certification and ongoing sustainability initiatives, which extend to the Guerlain Spa’s treatments that combine luxury with naturally derived ingredients.

National Wine Day Sommelier Soirées. On 25 April 2026, guests are invited to join the Sommelier Soirées at Marcus, led by Chef Sommelier Alexandra Guay. Each evening focuses on a specific wine region, offering guided tastings and curated food pairings.

Through these seasonal experiences, Four Seasons Hotel Montreal continues to blend culture, cuisine and conscious hospitality into memorable moments for its guests.
