Baros Maldives Receives British Airways Holidays Customer Excellence Award 2025

Baros Maldives has been honoured with the British Airways Holidays Customer Excellence Award for 2025. The distinction acknowledges the resort’s consistently high standards in service, facilities and overall guest satisfaction.


The award is based on verified guest feedback collected by British Airways Holidays in partnership with the review platform Feefo. Travelers assessed the resort on criteria such as location, service quality, cleanliness and sleep comfort, giving Baros an overall rating of 4.7 out of 5.


The 2025 ceremony coincides with the 70th anniversary of British Airways Holidays and the 10th edition of its Customer Excellence Awards. In total, 104,444 independent reviews were examined, leading to the recognition of 949 hotels worldwide.


Mark Hall, Head of Product and Sourcing at British Airways Holidays, commented that the award reflects the dedication and care of the Baros team and its focus on placing the guest experience at the centre of operations.


According to Ibrahim Shijah, General Manager of Baros Maldives, the accolade celebrates the collective effort of the staff in creating memorable and meaningful stays, underscoring the resort’s ongoing commitment to service excellence.
