The 2026 edition of the Michelin Guide for Hong Kong and Macau confirms Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong as a premier culinary destination.
Highlights of this year’s guide include:
- Caprice – retains its three‑star status for the eighth year in a row, showcasing French haute cuisine under Executive Chef Guillaume Galliot.
- Lung King Heen – maintains two Michelin stars, continuing its tradition of Cantonese excellence led by Executive Chinese Chef Chan Yan Tak.
- NOI by Paulo Airaudo – holds two stars, offering a modern Italian omakase experience under Chef Luigi Troiano.
In addition, senior sommelier Floriane Hureau of Caprice has been honoured with the 2026 Michelin Sommelier Award for her outstanding wine‑pairing expertise.
General Manager Charles Fisher commented: “Receiving another Michelin recognition is a testament to the dedication of our culinary and service teams. We are especially proud of Floriane’s award, which underscores the strength of Caprice’s wine program.”
To celebrate these achievements, the hotel is offering an Experience More – Spending Credit package (starting from HKD 5,000++). Guests staying a minimum of two nights receive a USD 100 credit for standard rooms or USD 150 for suites, usable across the hotel’s restaurants, including dim‑sum at Lung King Heen and a dinner at Caprice.
