Minor Hotels announced that Nartsupak Thaweewong has been appointed General Manager of NH Hua Hin. With more than two decades of experience in the hospitality sector across Thailand and Singapore, she brings a strong operational background and a proven record of leadership.
Throughout her career she has consistently driven operational excellence, built motivated teams and delivered high guest satisfaction, resulting in solid financial results.
Before joining NH Hua Hin, Nartsupak was Resort Manager at NH Collection Samui Peace Resort, where she led a major re‑branding, introduced the Global Hotel Alliance (GHA) loyalty programme and implemented extensive training programmes, achieving excellent guest‑feedback scores.
Her previous positions include management roles at Avani Chaweng Samui Hotel & Beach Club, Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 and Hotel Muse Bangkok, where she contributed to improving operational performance and developing high‑performing staff.
Her expertise covers all core hotel functions – front office, food & beverage, guest relations and overall operations – positioning her well to guide NH Hua Hin towards its next phase of growth and service quality.
In her new role, Nartsupak will be responsible for all aspects of the property’s operations, with a focus on enhancing the guest experience, strengthening team performance and further establishing NH Hua Hin as a premier hospitality destination in the region.
