From 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Saturday, April 4 and Sunday, April 5, 2026, Café Boulud serves a French‑inspired brunch for CAD 75 per person. The menu includes items such as beef tartare with egg‑yolk purée, soft scrambled Conestoga eggs with crème fraîche (caviar optional), smoked white‑fish rillette, and a duck‑egg‑topped frisée salad with bacon and blue cheese. Main courses feature saucisson in brioche, hot smoked rainbow trout, caramelised pain perdu with berries, croque‑monsieur, and a mushroom‑béarnaise benedict. The meal concludes with a “smashable” carrot cake priced at CAD 49, designed to be broken at the table for a surprise filling.
For an evening celebration, the restaurant offers a plated dinner from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm on the same two days. The centerpiece is a roasted Alberta lamb saddle accompanied by merguez‑stuffed morel mushrooms, spring onions, and a nettle‑based emulsion.
