Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre’s MINA Brasserie announces that celebrated chef Michael Mina will be on site from 14 to 18 February 2026. During this period the Michelin‑starred chef will personally design a limited series of off‑menu dishes, giving guests a rare opportunity to experience his signature style.
With more than three decades of experience, Michael Mina has become one of the most influential figures in contemporary cuisine. Born in Cairo and raised in Washington, he has earned multiple Michelin stars and James Beard accolades, and is renowned for blending diverse cultural influences into innovative menus.
Recent highlights of the Mina brand include the opening of Bourbon Steak San Francisco – a collaboration with basketball star Stephen Curry and the launch of The Eighth Rule bourbon bar – as well as Bourbon Steak Delray Beach, a Disney World location, and Acqua Bistecca in Washington, DC in 2025. In 2026 the brand plans further expansion with new venues in California and North Carolina.
