Charles Fisher has been named the General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong. With more than two decades of service within the Four Seasons brand, he will steer the flagship Asian property into its next phase.
Born into a family linked to the airline industry, Fisher spent his childhood moving across continents, living in Bahrain, Mexico, Miami, Cairo and Beijing before turning 18.
He earned a degree in hotel and restaurant management from Oxford Brookes University, then started his Four Seasons career at the London property on Park Lane immediately after graduation.
His career has taken him to The Pierre in New York, Four Seasons Resort Nevis, Singapore, Chiang Mai, Four Seasons Resort Lanai, the Orlando resort at Walt Disney World, and most recently to Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi, where he served as General Manager.
Fisher emphasizes adaptability and a solutions‑oriented mindset, believing that listening and thoughtful changes enable staff to perform at their best.
Prior to Hong Kong, he held the General Manager role at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence, where he led a transformation of the guest experience.
In Hong Kong, he will oversee a property featuring 399 rooms and suites, an eight‑Michelin‑star culinary program and a bar ranked among Asia’s top 50.
Outside of work, Fisher enjoys family time, playing sports with his daughters and cooking with his wife, and looks forward to exploring Hong Kong’s green spaces and hiking trails.
