Pony Line Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires unveils its new cocktail program called “22/55”. The concept invites guests to discover the diversity of Argentina through taste, scent and visual cues.

The title “22/55” references the latitudinal range that defines the country, from 22° to 55° south, covering deserts, mountains, jungles and coastlines. Drawing on this geographical richness, the bar team created a menu that celebrates each region with native ingredients such as Andean herbs, Patagonian fruits, northern spices, local wines and spirits.

Every drink is crafted as a sensory portrait of an Argentine landscape – a liquid map that lets patrons travel without leaving their seat.

Highlights include:

  • Raymi – inspired by Andean harvest celebrations, featuring agricole rum, purple corn, pineapple and spices.
  • Comarca – a tribute to southern Argentina, low‑ABV, with fresh red fruit, bright acidity and bubbles.
  • VID‑A – a non‑alcoholic “table wine” mocktail made from grape, verjus and coconut.

The program also offers additional mocktails and low‑ABV options, all prepared with the same level of technique and creativity, proving that the experience relies on sensory storytelling rather than alcohol strength.

With “22/55”, Pony Line reinforces its reputation as one of Buenos Aires’ most forward‑thinking bars, merging mixology, geography and liquid art into a distinctive celebration of Argentina’s wealth.
