Minor Hotels announced that it will take over the management of a 152‑room property in the royal seaside town of Hua Hin, Thailand, and will launch it under the NH Hotels & Resorts brand on 16 January 2026.
The newly named NH Hua Hin will provide a range of accommodation types, including deluxe rooms, studios, family rooms with bunk beds and one‑bedroom suites, with sizes starting at 30 m² and offering city or mountain views.
Guests will be able to dine at three outlets: an all‑day restaurant serving international and local dishes, a lobby café offering light bites throughout the day, and a rooftop bar beside an infinity pool with sunset vistas.
Leisure facilities comprise a rooftop swimming pool, a Kids’ Club with indoor and outdoor play areas, and a fitness centre. For business travellers, a 110 m² function space can host up to 90 participants.
Located about 200 km south of Bangkok, the hotel sits at the southern edge of Hua Hin, roughly 400 m from the beach and within walking distance of popular night markets (Cicada and Hua Hin Night Market) and shopping centres such as BLUPORT and Market Village. The surrounding Prachuap Khiri Khan province offers attractions like Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park, Phraya Nakhon Cave, and Kaeng Krachang’s Pa‑La‑U Waterfall.
Group CEO Dillip Rajakarier said the addition of NH Hua Hin marks the brand’s third presence in Thailand and will set a new standard for accessible hospitality in the area. Property owners Enrich Poranimmit’s executives Pakornkit Rangnoktai and Keita Maeda expressed confidence that Minor Hotels’ operational expertise will drive the hotel’s success.
NH Hua Hin becomes the fourth NH Hotels & Resorts location in Thailand, joining two Bangkok properties (Sukhumvit Boulevard and Asoke) and the NH Boat Lagoon Phuket Resort, as well as sister resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. In Hua Hin, Minor Hotels already operates the luxury Anantara Hua Hin Resort and the premium Avani+ Hua Hin.
