Pavyllon London, located within the Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, has launched a seasonal winter afternoon tea that blends classic British tea‑time with French haute cuisine, under the direction of Michelin‑starred Chef Yannick Alléno and Executive Chef Benjamin Ferra Y Castell.
The tea service is set in the newly decorated Pavyllon Lounge, featuring festive sparkling décor and a 25‑foot real spruce tree. Guests can enjoy a series of savory bites that combine British ingredients with French technique, such as lobster tartlets, courgette rolls stuffed with Comté, and a miniature pâté en croûte containing pork pluma, wood pigeon, mallard, partridge and foie gras.
Sweet offerings include a coffee‑and‑hazelnut Paris‑Brest, citron tart, smoked vanilla crème brûlée infused with Laphroaig whisky, freshly baked scones with house‑made conserves (including clementine marmalade), and a bite‑size Bûche de Noël layered with buckwheat praline and chocolate mousse.
Each guest also receives a complimentary handcrafted Dubai Chocolate gingerbread man, finished with kadaifi and pistachio.
The winter afternoon tea is priced at £95 per person and includes unlimited tea service. It is available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 14:30 to 16:30 until the end of February.
Reservations can be made via OpenTable. Vegetarian and pescetarian versions of the menu are also offered.
