Marcus Night Bar, located within the Four Seasons Hotel Montreal, has launched a refreshed cocktail program curated by the bar’s Head of Mixology, Jay Lawson. The collection comprises twelve innovative cocktails and three refined non‑alcoholic alternatives, each reinterpreting classic recipes with modern techniques and a sustainability focus.
The new drinks emphasize waste reduction and the use of ingredients sourced directly from the hotel’s own facilities. Presentation methods such as delicate foams and aromatic sprays are employed to enhance both flavor and visual appeal.
In addition to the menu, the bar now offers a guided Cocktail Tasting Experience. Guests sample five selections—including a welcome drink and a non‑alcoholic option—while a bartender explains the concept behind each creation. The tasting is priced at CAD 75 per person.
The menu and tasting are available Thursday through Saturday, from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., providing an elegant setting for guests to enjoy the bar’s sophisticated atmosphere.
