This award is the tenth ASQ honour for the airport, a globally recognised benchmark that is based on passenger surveys and highlights the high standards achieved by TAV Macedonia and its staff.
Nejat Kurt, General Manager of TAV Macedonia, commented that the accolade confirms the team’s commitment and motivates further improvements.
The ASQ rating is compiled from the opinions of departing passengers. The airport previously won the award in the “up to 2 million passengers” segment in 2012, 2013, 2015 and 2018, and in the “2‑5 million passengers” segment from 2019 through 2024, reflecting its steady growth.
The ASQ programme is regarded as the leading worldwide system for measuring airport customer experience through on‑site surveys.
