
The 2025 edition of the MICHELIN Guide announced its second set of awarded establishments in Argentina, highlighting venues in Buenos Aires and Mendoza for their culinary excellence.
The awards ceremony was held in Mendoza, surrounded by vineyards and the Andes, underlining the region’s attractiveness for gastronomic tourism. During the event, newly starred restaurants and other distinctions such as Bib Gourmand, Green Star and individual honors were presented.
