Air France has begun the phased rollout of its new Economy Comfort seating across all its long-haul routes globally. Travelers can now reserve this upgraded seating for flights departing from 6 May onward, enhancing their journey with added convenience and comfort.

Economy Comfort seats are strategically located at the front rows of each Economy cabin section, providing passengers with ample legroom and additional recline for optimal relaxation during flights. To further streamline travel, these seats also grant passengers priority boarding privileges in zone 3, ensuring a smoother boarding process.

The Economy Comfort option is available as an add-on from the moment customers book their flights until the check-in period closes, based on seat availability.

As an exclusive benefit, Air France’s Flying Blue Platinum and higher-tier members are entitled to complimentary selection of Economy Comfort seats at any point prior to their flight. Flying Blue Gold members also receive complimentary access, but only within 72 hours before their scheduled departure.

This initiative underscores Air France’s continued commitment to elevating passenger comfort and enhancing travel personalization on international flights.
