Since early February, the capital of Mendoza has kicked off the Wine celebrations with a grand show at the Civic Park. Under the title “Magical Pairing”, on February 7, dozens of local artists filled the night with music, dance, and color, setting the stage for the key dates of the Vendimia festival in March.
What You Need to Know:
- Wednesday, March 5: Harvest Festival at the vineyard of Mendoza National Airport, Las Heras. Los Auténticos Decadentes will perform alongside the local Philharmonic Orchestra. Free admission, and attendees are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item to support the Mendoza Food Bank.
- Friday, March 7: Vía Blanca de las Reinas, a parade of floats through the streets of Mendoza City.
- Saturday, March 8: Carousel and Main Act of the National Grape Harvest Festival 2025, “Guardian of the Eternal Wine”, at the Frank Romero Day Greek Theater. The event will feature dance, music, theater, and visual effects to tell the story of the Vendimia, the grape harvest, and the deep connection between the land and wine. The National Vendimia Queen will be crowned.
- Sunday, March 9: First encore performance of the celebration for those who couldn’t attend on Saturday. The event will close with performances by Soledad Pastorutti, better known as "La Sole," and singer-songwriter Jorge Rojas.
- Monday, March 10: The third night will be dedicated to music, featuring shows by Q' Lokura, Ke Personajes, and local artist Gabi Nieto.
There will be giant screens around the venue for those who prefer to watch from other areas of the city.
A special area for people with disabilities will be available (limited capacity, first-come, first-served).
As part of the city’s environmental commitment, a waste separation and recycling system will be implemented.
