Just eight months after Kenya Airways resumed flights to Mogadishu, the carrier has announced it will suspend services indefinitely from October 15.
“Kenya Airways will suspend all flights to Mogadishu and from it due to operational issues,” the airline said in a press release.
The suspension will allow the airline to focus on optimizing its route network based on demand and improve overall operational efficiency, Kenya Airways said.
The airline will contact passengers affected by the suspension to arrange options such as rebooking, refund or rerouting.
