Chef Michel Muffat shares his vision: “At La Belle Vie, we aimed to recreate the intimate, relaxed atmosphere of a typical French bistro. We focus on homemade dishes prepared according to traditional recipes, ensuring that each dish has an authentic taste of France. Our goal is to create a relaxed and welcoming environment where you can enjoy great food with friends and family.” La Belle Vie's menu includes a variety of dishes that highlight the simplicity and richness of French culinary traditions. In particular, steak tartare, prepared tableside, allows guests to choose the seasonings and spices of their choice, adding a personal touch to this classic French dish. Additionally, "le plate de fruit de mer" is a stunning seafood platter featuring both fresh and cooked seafood, accompanied by dipping sauces and homemade mayonnaise, showcasing the freshness and variety of French seafood dishes.

The ambience evokes the feel of a French bistro set in Kuramati Gardens with its intricate and vibrant mosaic art on the walls, eye-catching patterned flooring competing with bistro chairs and lounge style seating offering comfort and casual elegance.
