Air France has launched a new concierge service for arriving, departing or transit passengers at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport.
The service for arriving passengers includes meeting with a concierge upon disembarkation, baggage collection and escorted private airport transfer to a chosen address in the center of Paris or within a 40 km radius of Paris-Charles de Gaulle.
Transit passengers purchasing this service will be met by a concierge upon disembarkation and escorted to the lounge Air France, if the passenger has or has purchased lounge access. Passengers will then be directed to exclusive priority lanes to board their next flight.
Departing passengers will be provided with a private transfer to the airport and will be greeted by a concierge upon arrival. The concierge will check the luggage and escort the passenger to the SkyPriority counter. Air France lounge access, if applicable, will be provided and passengers will be ushered to Air France priority boarding lanes when boarding commences.
The service is available for purchase to all passengers, regardless of class, which they fly. According to Air France, you can book concierge services on the airline's website or reservation system up to 18 hours before your flight departs. Costs start from 400 euros for departing and arriving passengers and 300 euros for transit passengers. Bookings are now available for flights starting June 11.
Concierge services are available on all flights operated and sold by Air France.
