Tanzania will welcome 100 travel agents from around the world

From May 20 to 23, Tanzania will host the first conference of the International Tourism Summit in Africa and a B2B business networking event to strengthen relations between international travel agents and local tour operators.

Alice Manupa, CEO of African Queen Adventures, one of the organizers of the summit, believes that this revolutionary conference will not only be a first for the African continent, but also a significant step in ways to revitalize Tanzania's multi-billion dollar tourism industry.

The summit promises a jam-packed program that will include educational workshops, an exhibition of local tour operators, and an exclusive discovery tour of the Serval Nature Reserve.

The sanctuary is dedicated to protecting the wild cats native to Tanzania and invites agents on safari to learn about the distinctive characteristics of servals, their habitat and the conservation efforts aimed at protecting them.

“This event will bring together the world's most experienced travel agents from all corners of the globe and provide B2B meetings with local tourism professionals,” said Murtaza Kalender, CEO of TravelShop Turkey, also one of the organizers of the event.

Entry Forms and registrations are available at workshoptravelshop.com.
